The experience at this hotel was disappointing, especially with the misleading room sizes and conditions. The location is convenient right by the beach, but the service and cleanliness left much to be desired. It had the potential for a pleasant stay but fell short in several areas, particularly in managing guest expectations and maintaining the rooms.
